Building the brand behind the builder.
The brief
Hausworks is a premium custom home developer. Walk one of their builds and the quality argues for itself: the proportions, the millwork, the light. Their online presence did not make that argument. Projects worth seven figures were being represented by phone photos and a feed that posted whenever someone remembered to.
The work
We started with brand strategy: who the Hausworks buyer actually is, what convinces them, and what a developer at this level should sound like online. Then we built the content. Days inside finished builds shooting film and photography in warm natural light, framing that sells the feeling of the home rather than the spec sheet, and process content from the job site that shows the craft most developers hide.
Around that library we installed a social media engagement system: a publishing cadence, project reveal sequences, and comment and DM handling, so interest from the feed turns into conversations instead of disappearing.
What shipped
A full content library, a social presence that finally matches the homes, and material that now fronts their proposals and client conversations. When a prospective client looks Hausworks up tonight, the brand holds up next to the build.
